What Do I Do To Stop Her From Bed Wetting ?

My 8 year daughter still passer urine in the bed. I tried to give her less liquids in the night. She also says she is unaware of passing urine in the night. She is becoming big but still passess urine, this is really astonishing. She feels very inferior of this. What do i do to stop her from bed wetting

I would suggest few simple measures.. try them.. if didnt worked then see a doc ( Psychiatrist) --1. Avoid milk/coffee/ tea after 4 pm.

2. give sips of water before 2 hrs of sleep

3. make her go to toilet befoe sleep.

4. Get her awake at 80 min after she sleeps and make her to go toilet.( this is imp)

5 .Room Temp not to be too cold.

6. Dont Scold if she bed wets

7. GIve her praise and gifts for every dy nights ( plz be generous )

Tell her that you love her in every form.

Stop bothering about this problem and making the child very conscious.My brother had a similar problem till he was 12, 13 years old. Then the problem automatically got resolved as he grew up. I have heard of many such cases where things get ok by time. No point trying medicine including homeopathy as this problem will get over on its own.

i had this problem till 14 years...u make a habbit that she goes for toilet before sleeping and wake her up in the middle..of sleep and make her go to toilet..slowly it will resolve

my kid is also 8 yrs now, she regularly passes urine in the bed, i was more worried, i came to know that it was due to fear and stress. i tied some taita to her she stopped passing urine in the bed.
