What Disease Does Urine Test Results Suggest?

Hi i am 25-female...

I have been advised for Urine RM test done...
My Urine microscopic exam result is:
RBC - 10-12 hpf
PUS (wbc) 1-3 hpf
Epithelial cells present
Casts absents.

What desease could be please answer soon.. is it related to pregnancy? I am single!

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your urine analysis suggests hematuria(blood in urine).
Hematuria may be due to many reasons like calculus,infection,trauma etc.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations for hematuria.Firstly Ultrasound of abdomen should be done.CT Scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
Up to 5 pus cells are normal in /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
