What diet to follow when you have gastric problems ?

sir i am a gas patient my age is 21 my sgpt is 49 and glubulin is 3.17 please suggest me diet and medicins sir i am a gas patient my age is 21 my sgpt is 49 and glubulin is 3.17 please suggest me diet and medicins. i take juice regularly and take less oily food but i am not feeling good scince 2 month.

take lot of vegetables fruits and water. eat less oily foods and decrease potatoes,meat etc.

your tests are absolutely ok.tell me some more symptoms if are having..........do u smoke or take alcohol ,are u obese....avoid spicy fatty meals...
repeat LFT including bilirubin SGOT SGPT,gammaGT,
etc.take digene sos

Thanks for the query. Gas problem is a common complaint of a number of patients. You need to avoid smoking and alcohol in case you are used to it. Most important is practicing nasal breathing and avoid breathing through Mouth. Air entry into stomach is an important reason for gaseous distension. Try to avoid spicy food. Add more vetables in your diet and drink plenty of water.
Try Gasex tablets in a dose of two tab twice a day .
