What Diet To Be Followed To Increase The Body Mass?

hi im 25 years and would like to gain weight i tried many proteins and diet but its of no use as im getting married in the month of december . i would like to put on sum weight as now im under weight. plz suggest which tablet will help in fast weight gain without any side effects

Also what kind of diet have you followed ?

You need to start taking high calorie high fat diet . Again how much calorie you need to take depends on your body weight . Anyhow I shall advise some food which are high calorie and high fat .

1. Sweets
2. Carbonated beverages .
3. Cheese, Butter , Ghee,
4. Eat 1-2 eggs daily .
5. Consume more Meat .

Daily do exercise at least 20-30 minutes , You have to do both aerobic and weight lifting exercise .
