What diet should be maintained to increase my sons weight ?

My son is one and half year old ...his weight is 10.5 kgs ,very fussy in eating . He was very good health wise till one year .. now he has grown very thin ,... .Pls suggest some good diet plan ..

Hi welcome to Healthcare Magic

at the end of one year, normally the weight of the child be 3 times the birth weight.. 10.5 kgs is good, nothing much to worry, when child starts weaning ( start to feed foods like rice, ragi ganji other than mothers milk) there will be loss of weight initially.. you need to feed the child with smashed vegetables, fruits, ragi ganji, also cerelac may be useful....
