What Diet Should Be Followed To Gain Weight For Person With Gastritis?
hello can you help me gain weight as soon as i can?i have mild gastritis. i am 29 years old 5ft 6 inch and i weigh 48kg i have been weighing like this (48-50kg) for so long now.that's way below shape its very hard to live like this because i don't like the way i look. three years a go i was diagnosed with mild gastritis the doctor told me am infected with h-pilory, i took medication.now three years later the feeling get back it doesn't mean i was feeling fine during the course of years i had mentioned but its only gotten worst these time so i have checked and the doctor said i was h-plory posetive i have finished my medication but i am not feeling well.the feelings are :-
- feel tired after eating - sleeping problem at night due to abdominal discomfort - burning feeling in the upper abdomen in the early morning - abdominal pain can you please help me what and how to eat to gain weight as fast as i can in relevance with my condition. thank you!
May be ur stomach is weak due to infection. U need to have healthy diet. Have curds buttermilk as they will work as pro biotic and save u from infection. Have lemon water and coconut water. Have fruits daily eat 4-5 almonds and 1 walnut. Have small and. Frequent meals. Take dal rice chapati and veg and curd for major meals use.
