What Diet Should Be Followed For Typho Positive Blood Test Result?
hi, i had fever for past three days and done blood test. Report says, typho positive with 320 dil. I want to know whether i am having heavy typhoid or minimum level. What diet I can follow? Any juice? 3 days of rest is enough or not? Please guide me

I have gone through your history and lab report you have submitted on this site.
Titer of 320 dilution is in favor of Typhoid fever. Nothing called heavy or light typhoid.
As you are having typhoid I would have advised
1. Oral Antibiotics twice daily for 7 days
2. Take rest for 7 days
3. Please restrict your diet for soft food items which are easily digestable.
4. Repeat the titers.
You will be alright if you follow the instructions.
