What diet should I take to avoid constipation problem ?

TRY TO FOLLOW FOLLOWING Remedies
Eat lots of fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, lots of salads every meal.
have butter milk and curds regularly in your diet.
Go for regular walks early in the morning.
Drink lots of water every day,minimum of 5 litres/day
Avoid tea,coffee,alcohol.
avoid refined carbohydrates like cakes,bakery products.
Avoid fried foods
Have sprouts Hope these things will surely help in solving your problem.

Hi,
Change in your diet habit will improve your condition. Drink lot of water. Eat lot of green veg and fruit. Take your food timely. Take homoeopathic medicine NUX VOM 30 / 4 drops daily at night.
