What Diet Plans To Follow To Increase Body Weight?

Hello. I am 23 years old and having problem regarding my thin body. I weigh around 47 kgs and have a height of 5.8cm. I try to have normal meals that are required for fats but still I am not able to make out weight. I need to be atleast 60 kg. Please if you could help with what should I do and what Meal I should prefer.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, yes you need some more weight. You can gain weight if it is not due to the genetic factor. If both of your parents are thin, your becoming fatty is questionable.
Other wise you can try by 2 steps, one is stop burning calories, that is increase your sleeping time, early to bed and late to rise.
Eat more calories,fats, junk foods, fries, fleshy fruits like banana, and guava.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance against infections.
