Hi,Seema thanks for query. You already know your problem areas, that is you are over weight and not doing exercise.Your Triglycerides are high and needs careful approach. Please start taking measures to reduce your weight,do proper diet planning,go for regular exercise that is 30 minutes of exercise like walking minimum 5-6 days in a week. Please repeat this lipid profile after 6 months,if still not reduced then talk to your doctor about medicines.bye.

Hi

You first need to loose some weight follow a diet plan and start little bit of exercise gradually increasing your pace from 15 mins/day to 45mins /day.
For raised triglycerides u should avoid taking sweet foods and sugar completely,
use only 3tsp of oil /day per person in the household
introduce omega-3 fats in your diet - sources of omega 3 are walnuts. flaxseeds etc

Incorporate healthy changes in your lifestyle and you would notice d changes
