What diet plan should I follow for weight gain ?

Dear sir,I m shiva from india my age is 26 my weight is 46 kgs and height 58 howver i dont hv any disease or any issue but my body is too skinny i m worry to compare my age people. how to increase my weight?pls give best idea to improve. i plan my marrige this year last. need to improve before that. pls advise. Shiva

You have to take care of your diet and exercise.
To increase the weight start high protein,carbohydrate diet.
Take all dairy products,Fruits like mango,banana.
Milk with banana,dryfruits,honey will be helpful to increase your wt.
Also go for routine exercise,yoga to keep you fit.
You can consult dietician for better planning.
