docter its maria my age is 17 .I have study your advices about health but tell me which diet is full of proteins and which is full of iron and tell me height exercises .my brother has same problem his age is 20.Please help us .Some times we thought that we put addional soals to shoes .Is it right or wrong
Milk, curds, buttermilk, soya milk,paneer,egg white, channa,,sprouts,chicken , soy chunks all these r rich in protein. Dates, beetroot, spinach,black raisins ragi, garden cress all these are rich in iron. To increase height eat banana and do stretching exercises. If u have shard ur diseases could have counsel better.
