What Diet And Exercise To Do To Reduce Baby Fat?

hi.. I am 30 years, 66 kgs and 163 cm,a mother 4 3 yrs now and still struggling to reduce that extra 10 kgs weight gain during my pregnancy..especially my hips,thighs and stomach fat has become stubborn and is still sticking on...what should be my diet and exercise routine...

Losing weight is possible with good diet and moderate exercise. Start with cardio for 45min that includes walking, cycling, swimming. , do strength traing 5 times a week. Avoid white rice, sugar, sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, chocolates, ice creams. Add more vegetables , raw salad, brown rice or pulka for the lunch, for dinner add 2 pulka with green leafy vegetables, add oats, ragi java, broken wheat upma, brown bread for breakfst.drink 3 litres of water daily. Have green tea and a cup of sprouts and fruits as evening snacks.do not lose hope, keep trying.and do not give up.
