What Deficiency Makes The Body Shaky With Rapid Heart Beat?
I am going through the makers diet cleanse consisting of water,nits,seeds,fruits and veggies. Last night while sleeping I had full body shakes which apparently woke my husband . I awoke to incredibly fast heartbeat. Nothing else. What is my body deficient of?
Btw. The cleanse has been going well until. The only change was that I ate a large amt of cheese in the afternoon.

I can understand your problem the symptoms you described here may not be due to any deficiency, but this could be due to the stress level, apprehensiveness, you have to control your thoughts, this will come around, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following drug,
1) Tab chlorodiazepoxide three times in day
