What Daily Diet Is Recommended To Reduce Weight?

I am a software engineer and my usual office hre from morning 7.30am till 8.30PM

I am gaining weight

I want to reduce my weight by 10 Kg but i dont have time for workout

Could you please guide me , how can i reduced my weight?

What should be my every day diet?

Thanks for asking.
The best advise which any doctor can give you is to take regular exercise. There are many benefits of exercise in addition to maintaining your weight. Every one wants a good health but we forget the simple law of nature that health cannot be bought nor it comes with vitamin pills.
I would advise you to fallowing advises.

1- Take 20 minutes brisk walk or do jogging on daily basis for about the same time.
2- Avoid high carbohydrate / fats diets.
3 - Dieting will usually not help but changing the diet and life style will help usually..
4- Aim to gradually bring the weight down. Aim for 3- 5 kg weight loss on annual basis.
5- Use high fiber diets which will fill the stomach.
6- Use 1400-1500 kcal formula on continuous basis. There are many sites on the net from where you can download diet charts and you can choose from a list of menus according to your taste and liking.
