What Could White Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hi I just went to the bathroom and went pee and noticed there were drops of thick white somewhat milky doscharge floating on the top of the water? And I wiped and it was creamy but didn t have a weird odor. Are these signs of something or should I be worried?

Hello

You may be suffering from fungal infection in genital tract.
After clinical evaluation,you may need to take antifungal medicines like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole (100 mg for vaginal use)may be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may need few tests like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,culture/sensitivity and gram stain of secreted material for confirmation of etiology.
