What Could White Stuff Growing On Pupil Causing Burning, Blurry Vision And Sensitive Eye Mean?

Hi I ve noticed a white looking stuff growing on my pupil. .it start from the corner of my eyes at my nose area..it causes my eye to burn me,blurry vision to my left eye and i notice that its grew alot on that eye,redness to my eye also very sensitive to lights. I had a eye drops for it which helped but I threw away the empty bottle cause I thought it had removed the white stuff for good but its back and am afraid it may grow to far in my pupil and I will lose my sight. ..Can you please help me

From history , it appears to be pterigium. Now it is inflamed.you are having photofobia. Use antibiotic drop like oflacin .3% 3 to 4 times daily. Ultimatly the growth is to be surgicaly reoved. You have to consult eye doctor.
