What Could Welts On The Body Post A Flu Shot Suggest?

Hello. I have a 6 year old son that had the flu shot last Thursday. He has several food allergies with dairy being one of them. He has had this shot 2 other times and did great with it. Last night, we noticed welts on most of his body. A few minutes ago we took his temperature and it is 102. What do you think?

Hi
Your don seems to have developed an urticarial skin rash ,
Now this is basically an allergic reaction.
Such a skin allergy can occur due to any body infections ,drug intake or due to the vaccination .
You should immediately see your treating doctor since your child might have to be started in antihistamines to prevent progress of the allergy .
