What Could Vertigo And Anxiety Attacks Suggest?

About a month ago, I had a bout of vertigo; however, ever since that time, I have not felt normal - frequently feeling unstable. A couple of days ago I had another bout of dizziness. When I got home, I think I had an anxiety attack (heart palpitating, head pounding, I felt like I was going to faint). After walking around the house, my heart calmed down. I went to see my doctor. He took blood tests on me which was normal. I just got through with an MRI which the results will be in tomorrow. I am experiencing vision changes as well, and my eyes get tired very easily.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. On reaching your home you had a panic attack. Heart pounding and restlessness explains it. Panic attacks are due to underlying anxiety. In your case your anxiety due to excessive health related obsession. Your vertigo is also due to that. If you always "watch" for that symptom, you are bound to have that symptom again and again. According to your doctor, you are clear for any problematic diseases. Accept it and live happily.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
