What Could The White Spots On Back, Side Of Belly And Knee Of A Baby Be?
My baby is 4 month old. She just had white spots on her back (size of a penny) , and the side of her belly ( (2 inches long and1- 2 inches in diameter). And one on her knee( very tiny but visible. She has fair skin . Just wondering what is that white spots. The spots are not dry or flaky.

As from your description it may be eczema, keratosis pilaris which is very common, Pigmentary Mosaicism if all the patches are on one side of his body. It's kind of birthmark, so it's not harmful, can be vitiligo also.
