What Could The Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Hi Today I went for ultrasound scan, the report state that single live intrauterine gestation of 17 weeks and 2 days with posterior low lying placenta . Yet to consult doctor, but I understood some problem is there , really i worried . Please advise me?It will be highly appreciated if you provide the solution also.

According to the reports there is a single intrauterine live fetus with low lying placenta in posterior region of the uterus.
In majority of the cases,it migrate away from the internal os with advancement of pregnancy.There is nothing to worry.
You should have follow up scan to detect the progress.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.
At present gestational age of the fetus is 17 weeks and 2 days.
