What Could The Reason For Stomach Ache And Vomiting , Suggest Treatments ?

my son 4 years old was having vomiting and stomach ache 4 days back , We took him to doctor who gave him ondem and OFM . This has stopped vomiting , but stomach ache and vomit feeling is still there . He is not eating well , and tries to vomit if i give him fruit/ juice forcibly.
today I have noticed his potty color is light yellowish , and bit loose . Please advice what should i do

Vomiting sensation and stomach ache are going to persist for a few days after the gastroenteritis. You can ask you pediatrician to add up some anti acids for your son. Give him as much water as he can take and also get a liver profile tested.
