my name is karen, im 5ft4 9and half stone dont have any medical history .. for some reason i had like a little lump inside my belly button and its bright red, and it smells, and bleeds. what shall i do?

It seems to be a Folliculitis Infection. It is Infected. You can apply any of the antiseptic creams over it after consulting a Dermatologist. Do not scratch it and apply heat pads over it several times a day. Clean it warm water and keep the area dry and clean.
