Hello and welcome to HCM,
High grade fever with chills is seen in infections like- malaria, urinary tract infection, cholangitis, pneumonia etc.
However, normal total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential leukocyte count (DLC) rule out the possibility of bacterial infections.
Malaria is one of the possibilities.
Malarial parasite is detected on peripheral blood smear examination.
Consult your doctor for a peripheral blood examination.

Thanks and take care
