What Could Tender Breast With Milky Discharge Post An Abortion Suggest?r

I just had an abortion via d&c at 14w3d, as I was not in a position to continue with my pregnancy. however I am now 5 days since the procedure and overnight I started having painful tender breasts and began secreting white and clear milk from both breasts today. is this normal? or a concern 5 days after d&c?

1) First of do not panic.

2) Many times such secretions do occur after discontinuation of pregnancy.
I will suggest you Tab Cabgoline 0.5 mg , 2 tablets stat. This will help to suppress breast secretions. If it does not work , please consult your gynecologist.
