What Could Tender Area With Stabbing Pain In Left Upper Pectoral Muscle Indicate?
Hello,
I woke up with a dull pain in my left upper pectoral muscle yeaterday and today it has turned into a searing, stabbing pain when I move my left arm too far up or behind me. The area is tender, but not painful, to touch. I do not remember injuring myself in this area. What might it be and how should I go about treating it?

it seems you have muscle spasm.so, my advice would be take hot fomentation,tab.powergesic MR 1 twice daily for few days.
