What Could Swelling In Legs, Ankles And Hand Before Urination Mean?

Hello, I am a 41 year old female and I have been experiencing some swelling in my feet and in my right hand and in my legs. I notice that if I eat something salty this really happens and when I wake up in the morning I am very swollen. When I am at working and I realize that I have to go to the bathroom I notice that my legs feel swollen and my ankles as well. As soon as I urinate, I feel it go down. Why would this be?

There can be many causes of such swelling also called edema.
1. Hypertension if not controlled
2. Poor liver condition and low serum protein
3. High salt intake
4. Allergy reaction to certain food items
I have following suggestions.
1. Check your blood pressure, if not under control then take medicines
2. Liver function test
3. reduce salt intake
4. Check if you have allergy to certain food items.
