What Could Sudden Heaviness In Heart, Numb Arm And Tingly Body Mean?

this started out week and a half ago when i sitting watching tv my heart felt like it was going to fall out of my chest all of a sudden an went on for twenty minutes then my left arm went numb for a bit then i sort of got over it . a day later my lips felt tingly an have done ever since but to day i feel tingly all over and real tired. i v suffered from bouts of extreme tiredness before an numbness in arms an tingly lips an had test done but no luck everthing comes back ok

These are very common complaints in diabetics and in hypertensives who are under attack of hight BP or high blood sugar at that moment

I wish you had told me about your diabetic status or blood pressure.
It will be good for you if you can get a work up of your heart and blood pressure.
If you suffer such episode again, check your BP at that moment may be you will find the answer.

If Exertion causes this issue then get an ECG and stress test done.
