What Could Sudden, Frequent Throbbing Pain Behind Eyes And Forehead Mean?

I never suffer from tension headaches ,, but for the past week and a half im having severe headaches up to 5 times a day.. the headaches reduce in pain when I put an ice pack on and lie down ,, but as soon as I get up and walk around I get shooting and throbbing pains behind my eyes and general forhead area,, im a little over weight but I have always had normal to low blood pressure ,, please help im in soo much pain,, I don't like taking certain medications,

Hello.Diagnoses to consider are migraine, tension headache and eye diseases such as glaucoma (elevated eye pressure). You must go to an ophthalmologist for measuring eye pressure. In my opinion, Naproxen 500 mg thrice a day can be taken to improve your pain.Please consult your local doctor for prescription.
