I was at work Today and I was on my break at 2 and ate a sandwich first meal that day and about 25 minutes latter I was just finishing my cigarette when I started sweating profusely from my entire body as well as shaking horribly, I felt faint dizzy like I was going to collapse I made I back in badly she I lost vision and was told turned completely pale my boss brought me in the cooler and gave me juice and soda to try help if might be sugars after 20 minute I was able to walk but very weak and still shaking they had someone get me since I have slept and eaten but continue to get super hot and mild tremore and weak and feel at moments its about to happen again what s happening please help
