What Could Stiff Neck And Arm With Painful Lump Over The Left Clavicle Indicate?

For a few days I have had a stiff neck and difficulty moving my left arm as I usussaly do for Yoga... I have been lifting heavy thing sof late and somewhat chilled--but not fullblown cold. Now I notice a small slightly inflamed lump right over my left clavicle.. a little painful to the touch but the rest is improving. what is the cause?

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be due to muscular spasm, some time it may be due to cervical disk herniation but it can only be confirmed with MRI study till then "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" can be taken once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
