What Could Spreading Rashes On Belly, Underarms And Inner Thigh Indicate?

What is this rash? I first noticed it on my belly, near where a belt wold normally sit. After spotting it there, I noticed it is kinda all over. Both underarms and my inner thigh. Its been about a week and it is still there. I really appreciate your concern, such rash could be due to hypersensitive reaction and this can be best managed with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three time in day, and this is nothing to worry some time this is self limiting, hope this information helps, take care.
