What Could Spots On Glans With High Fbs Suggest?

Hi
I am 55 year old male with slight sugar. In fact my fbs was 97 last month. I maintain my sugar level only with exercise and diet. I had some problems with certain spots that appeared on the glans on two occassions over the last few months which my doc treated with anti-biotics and topical creams. Since last couple of weeks i see some tiny eruptions on the glans, which dont hurt in any way but all the same am worried.

Dear vivek,
I feel its time to get a GTT done to ascertain the status of your sugars. In a diabetic patient eruptions of infection in prepuce, phimosis and BXO are very common. Its good that you are maintaining your sugar levels with diet and exercise. The progression of diabetes is sometimes very abrupt so get yourself tested and i think we will be able to find out the reason for your glans infection.
Get well soon!!
