Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Your Hysterosalpingography HSG report is normal. ( No abnormality found)
2.There is no filling defect in the uterine cavity means - in presence of any mass, adhesions, infections - there will be filling defect ( in your case its normal - no defects)
3.Both fallopian seen throughout - not seen in presence of strictures / infections ( in your case its normal and seen long length)
4.Spillage on both sides - is normal ( absence of spillage means the egg cells could not reach the uterine cavity)
5.There is no problem.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
