What Could Sinus Rhythm In The Following EKG Report Suggest?

I had an EKG done before having McBride reconstruction foot surgery, and the doctor asked me had I had an heart attack? So when I went in for my Post Op visit I asked for a copy and one for my Cardiologist. There were the following on the EKG:sinus rhythm,intra-atrial conduction delay,minor cha inferior repolarization disturbance consider ischemic LV overload or aspecific change,flat or low negativeT in a VF with negative T IN III,borderline ECG

Hi I did review your concern.
Sinus rhythm means normal rhythm of the heart. Every heart beat starts with activation of certain cells located in a specific place in right atrium known as sinus node. when the rhythm initiates from sinus node which is normal it is known as sinus node.

However, your EKG shows mild repolarization or T wave abnormalities which can happen when ventricular muscles are stressed by ischemia(lack of blood supply) or pressure overload. This needs to be evaluated by the cardiologist in form of cardiac stress test or nuclear imaging first of all.
