What Could Shoulder Pain During Pregnancy Suggest?

Hi, I am six weeks pregnant and am experiencing left shoulder pain which radiates down to my hand. I have had these pains prior to pregnancy but am now worried re ectopic, despite having no other symptoms of it. I also have costochondritis, which could be the culprit. Also, perhaps totally unrelated, I am in France and receiving French medical care, and upon having a blood test I am showing slightly increased levels of mean corpuscular volume and haemogobin, but the Dr does not understand why. Is the shoulder pain nothing to worry about? What on earth do those blood results mean? ! Thank for your help. My weight is 64 kilos and I am 5 feet 8 inches tall.

HELLO DEAR
I understand your problem , dear left shoulder pain may be due to heart problem in my view you should consult cardiologist to rule any cause related to heart . As far as your concern regarding ectopic pregnancy , it can be rule out by transvaginal ultrasound and also left shoulder pain is not specific symptom of ectopic. The classical symptom of ectopic is amennorhea followed by bleeding and pain in abdomen.
THANKS
