What Could Shaking And Shivering Followed By Fever After Giving Tylenol And Mortin In A Child Serious?

My 16 month old daughter was fussy yesterday eve so thought teeth and gave herotrin about 6:30pm. At about 10pm she started shaking and shivering so took her to and was 103.2. Gave her Tylenol and came down some. This morning it is back to 103.6 with no other symptoms. Gave Motrin and came Down some but still 101.5

Hi,
It seems that she might be having viral infection producing fever with chills.
This problem might remain for few days.
Meanwhile give her Tylenol as and when required.
Give her plenty of water and keep her well hydrated.
Ok and take care.
