What Could Severe Tightening Of Abdomen During Pregnancy (like Labor Pain) Indicate?

hi my name is debbie and this is my 5th pregnancy and normally i have silent labours so i have not really experienced lots of pain but the last couple of days i have had quite strong tightenings and lots of back and shoulder pains it feels like a ton weight on them im only 33 weeks what should i do?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic .the syptoms may be because of uterine contractions or fetal movements.but if it is very severe and hurting you much better consult the doctor.get an usg done to know the cause.take care.
