What Could Severe Nosebleed With Lightheadedness And Numb Lip Indicate?
I unexpectedly had a severe nose bleed while driving about two hours ago. After about an hour, the light headedness and semi out of it feeling was better. But lip on the left is still numbing....I had been diagnosed with a small lesion four years ago that has affected those nerves. Is it anything to be concerned with and why?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden on set of epistaxis then it need to be taken seriously unless proved idiopathic in origin, it need to be seen for hypertension and some systemic disease too, you have not mentioned your age and gender, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
