What Could Severe Fatigue, Pulsatile Tinnitus, Numbness In Body With Sharp Stabbing Pain, Pain In Scalp Indicate?

I've been having some strange symptoms that nobody seems to be able to find a cause for. #1 severe fatigue-this started several years ago, thyroid and DM testing has all been normal. #2-pulsatile tinnitus-MRI of the brain and spinal tap were normal. #3 migratory numbness- I will have patches of numbness/tingling randomly appear anywhere on my body, most commonly on my face, arms, and hands. #4 Migratory sharp stabbing pain, most commonly in thighs and forearms, that lasts for a minute and goes away. #5 scalp pain-it recurrs and typically will last for a week or so before it goes away. When it occurs it is only on one side of my head. I would appreciate any input. Thank you

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have many complaints, some of which are facts, and the rest are referred pains secondary to the real pains.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. He will give medicines and anxiolytic , which will cure the fantacies, and rest of the problems can be cured easily.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
