Hello, I am having an issue with my scalp and i know that it isnt dandruff, but doesnt seem like psoriasis. I was wondering what are the different scalp conditions that causes flakes, that are NOT dandruff but appear to be scaly and dry and looks like skin?

Topical steroid lotion's containing betamethasone can also be used for a short time to relieve the inflammation. You may consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
