What Could Red Sore On Anus And Bleeding From Anus Signify?
i have a red sore on around my anus its been there for a few weeks i went to the doctors a few weeks ago and they said it was piles. so i have been using the ointment they have given me and its not done anything for it then the other day i noticed a fair bit of blood in the loo. as i wiped there was blood clots and the blood was quite red but as soon as i had wiped the bleeding had stop. im getting quite scared now as i went to the toliet again today and there was no clots but there was a bit of blood

It could be piles.You should get a consultation with general surgeon.According to degree of piles treatment differs and it should be differentited from anal fissure. You can use nifedipine or diltiazem gel in case of piles.If it is sore you need antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole.Hope this may help you
