What Could Recurring, Water Filled Bumps On Toe Indicate?

Hello, I am a 19 yo FM 5 6 150lbs I have small pimple like bumbs on my left big toe, some have popped and water came out. I am a server and work 5 to 6 days a week so I m on my feet a lot. It started out as red bumps and were itchy. I treated it like athletes foot and put cream on it and let it breathe. Did that for a week and it went away. Now two, maybe three, weeks later I have these pimple things and they itch and hurt. What is it?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I read your question in detail and will give you my medical advise. It can be related to athletic foot and you should get treatment for 12 weeks, sometimes you need to take pills instead of the cream if no improvement with cream. You need to use white cotton stocks and medicated powder to avoid humidity in the area.
Hope my advise has been helpful
