What Could Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections Suggest?

For the past month or 2 I ve been to the doctor twice for antibiotics for a urinal track infection it goes away and comes back this is my 3rd time now , discharge from the pee hole , redness around the pee hole, and a slight burn when peeing, I m starting to think something maybe wrong with my kidneys, I would appreciate the help

You have history of repeated urinary tract infection. You should check for blood sugar test to rule out diabetes. you should also go for ultrasound abdomen and kidney function test. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
