What Could Recurred Lump On Neck With Itchy Freckle Indicate?
I have small freckle on my neck and it was itchy a few nights ago - That same night a lump appeared under it but went down the next morning and returned to normal Now a few days later the lump is back (I had been checking it so maybe irritated it). it has not gone down and I am worried it may be modular melanoma.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some reactive lymphnode hyperplasia. So it disappear itself and then reappear. Don't worry about malignant melanoma. Malignant melanoma don't have that characteristics.
