What Could Puss Cells With Albumin In Urine Report Suggest?
My 18 months old baby was having urine infection 2 months back (albumin 3+, pus cells and also blood cells). Culture reported presence of E. Coli. Than she was tested normal after regular treatments and tests.We went for a regular check up last day and she is having albumin (single +) and pus cells (2-3 HPF) in her urine again.Is there anything serious about it? Please suggest, we are worried about it. She is low on weight, around 9 kg. She have started taking small quantity of solids and also breastfeed-ed 3-4 times a day.

hi. thanks for posting on HCM.. Investigations should be correlated with clinical symptoms.. as you mentioned pus cells are not that much significant.. but should be properly examined for clinical symptoms.. thanks
