What Could Prolonged Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea With Severe Stomach Pain Indicate?

I am having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pain, extreme weight loss and my doctor has not been able to diagnose or treat me. This has been going on for several months. I have lost so much weight that it seems like I will diappear soon. What do you think?

For treatment of diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain you can take some antibiotic preferably oflox-oz or zifi-oz after an expert advice along with cap omez-d or cap rekool-d empty stomach for nausea and vomiting. You can take nitazoxanide twice daily for at-least 5 days to get rid of diarrhea completely with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for severe stomach pain. Maintain the hydration of your body by taking plenty of oral fluids or ORS which ever is available.
