Hello I have steady morning sickness during the day I have not missed my period yet but I have steady tummy ach slight ones those associated with pregnancy and when I took an at home test it came back negative but yet still I have these pre maternal synthoms

If you have not missed your period then urine pregnancy test may come negative even if you are pregnant.
Kindly wait till 32 days and repeat the test. If you are very anxious you can do a blood test called serum beta HCG.
