What Could Pink Discharge, Cramps, Tender Breast And Nausea Despite Having The Tubes Tied Indicate?

Hello I'm 29 years old and have two children ages 8 and 6. I had my tubes tied in 2007. Five days ago it had a light pink discharge that lasted for three days. I have had light cramps and swollen breast. I have been waking up in the morning with hunger pains. It's the first time I have every had pink discharge. The hunger pains started like two weeks ago. Could I be pregnant? I'm also having nausea.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Usually missed period is the first sign and symptom of pregnancy.
These are all the signs of ovulation.
This is due to the hormonal occur around the time of ovulation.
These hormonal changes can cause a number of physical symptoms.
After you ovulate, your progesterone levels go up and lead to breast tenderness.
Light pink discharge is nothing but a Ovulation spotting due the same hormonal changes.
Cramping is likely caused by the egg breaking through the follicle during ovulation.

These are all the signs indicate that you are fertile and not essentially to be pregnant.
As you had your tubes tied, better rule out any ectopic pregnancy by Urine Pregnancy Test and Ultrasound abdomen provided if you have any missed period.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
