What Could Pelvis Pain During Pregnancy Suggest?

Burning pain in lower pelvis in early pregnancy, I am 3 weeks pregnant, vomiting diarrhea and constipation off and on, very noisy gurlgy, growly lower pelvic region and body temperature slightly high for 3 days. What can I take to ease all of this? Or should I go see my gp?

Hello
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concerns.Your symptoms are most probably suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease or urinary tract infection.Usually 3 weeks pregnancy will not be associated with these symptoms.

Vomitting is common in pregnancy due to high progesterone levels. But fever, diarrhoea are uncommon. So,i would suggest you to consult your GP as soon as possible to rule out any active infection and take appropriate treatment.

Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you
